The top 20 plasma televisions does show a good trend for 42 inch televisions being the best selling and 50 inch plasma TVs becoming more popular with consumers. It also looks like people do believe that the quality of Panasonic is worth paying the extra money than the great affordable deals you can get on LG plasma televisions (this is more likely to do with warranty concerns than picture quality, the new LG has impressed me).
