Sharp LC46LE700 LCD TV Reviewed.

have recently reviewed the Sharp LC46LE700 Aquos LCD television on their reviews site. Its a 46 inch LCD telly and design wise it looks pretty nice, however LCD TV’s at this size always seem to not preform anywhere near as good as their plasma conterparts. The Sharp LC46LE700 comes ii roughly around the £1,200 mark so close in cheapness to the plasma televisions.

Xbox 360 X Factor television advert

Well here goes me trying to write a cheap television post about the Xbox 360 taking out and entire TV advertising break during the X Factor on my iPhone wordpress app whilst sitting in the back of an Audi A6. Microsoft are splashing the cash this Christmas and doing something American on UK television by taking up a whole TV advert slot to promote their Xbox 360.

Barbara Windsor says goodbye to Eastenders.

Yes Barbara Windsor who plays Peggy Mitchell in one of the longest and most rubbish TV shows ever Eastenders (yes we here at Cheap Television hate Eastenders) is set to leave the Square next year. Personally we’re waiting for the news that the TV show has died, we’d even be happy to bring the axe down on it ourselves.

Finding a new cheap television.

Once upon a time purchasing a new televisions set was a pretty simple process. You generally only had to thing the size of the screen you wanted, how much money you had to spend, what the picture quality looked like to other televisions in the store and if you were fussy which brand of TV you wanted in your lounge. Thing like finance deals and the range of new technology like LED, LCD, Plasma, High Definition etc have increase the things you need to consider when buying a TV now.

Samsung collaborate with Armani on HDTV.

It seems the fad for electronic manufacturers and fashion houses combining forces to get consumers to buy more of their products isn’t going to go away. Although mainly confined to mobile phones it seems now that televisions are the next to suffer this fate as Samsung and Armani are collaborating on a LCD HDTV (for chavs). The TV as you would expect is 1080p and will be available in both 46 and 52 inch models. I have to admit (and it pains me to say this) that the Samsung Armani LCD HD TV does actually looks like a really nice modern design although I would still prefer a Bang and Olufsen television myself if I was buying just for style alone.

Cheap TVs was bigger.

So far October has been a very good month for cheap televisions no doubt partly down to shoppers starting their Christmas present buying and looking for bargain plasma or LCD TVs. So far it has been our best ever month for traffic here at cheap television since the old site broke down and disappeared. Saying that we don’t expect to get back to our late 2008 early 2009 traffic levels just yet as there will be a few people hunting around for a cheap LCD TV bargain but consumer confidence isn’t exactly at its highest levels at the moment with the big credit crunch still going on.
