Top Gear Richard Hammond Lookalike

I was reading the Sky showbiz website last night and came across a pretty amusing feature they had put together, it was basically around 50 pictures showing celebrities that look like dead ringers for other celebrities. Most of these were pretty good like Billie Piper and Natsha Bedingfield were real lookalikes, but then I cam across one that said that Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond's lookalike was Dr Who actor David Tennant.

I can see some similarities between them, but I'm not buying the whole lookalike thing, what do you think?

I've put a picture of Richard Hammond and David Tennant below so you guys can make up your own minds as to if they are celebrity lookalikes of each other lol.
