Lunch, Televisions, Update.

Stupid title I know, but I'm at lunch, the blog post involves televisions and it is a kind of update on the status of cheap televisions (although I'll do a bigger and better one soon with the cheap TV stats as normal). Without going into too much detail we've had more visitors than before in October, mainly down to people trying to find out if African Stig on Top Gear was Lewis Hamilton, well without putting my genius cap on I can tell you that it wasn't. I thought I might as well get this out of the way as in the run up to Christmas many people will be looking for the best deals on lcd and plasma televisions, well just cheap deals in general. So lets rock on.

Lunch: was nice, a ham and cheese baguette from Pret in Canary Wharf. Nothing too exciting I know, but I could hear a band playing Cat Stevens - Wild World which reminded me that I've emailed the producers of Skins to see if I could hang around on set/location with them during the filming of season 2. This was about a week ago now and I think the likelihood of them saying yes is very minimal. A shame really would have been cool to speak to the people who work behind the scenes, maybe an interview or two with the Skins actors and pictures, oh well I'll try again until they have me.

Televisions: I've also been thinking about cheap televisions in general and am wondering if the site contains too much entertainment news. Its hard as entertainment news is basically the same as television news, but maybe I need to start adding more of the technology side of TV here to compliment the entertainment side! You tell me??

Another more ambitious idea is to start a new blog and have technology, gadget, entertainment, movie, music, showbiz sections and try to recruit some bloggers to help me out. The only problem with this idea is a site takes a while to mature and build a user base, more importantly it is almost impossible to find decent bloggers who share the same passion that I have for my projects. Now I'm sure they exist but all I ever seem to find are the crazy people from India whose English is worse than a four year olds. I don't mean that in a degrading way, but my sites are English language based after all so it matters. Ah I don't know, I hope I can do it...............
