Not a great fan of the Sony Bravia rabbits

You may have seen the images of the new Sony Bravia advert on the images section of cheap television a while back, but now the play-doh bunny rabbit advert is now on our TV screens I'm not as impressed as I was with the still images! Its only my opinion about the Sony Bravia bunny advert and to be honest no one is interested in my opinion anyway ha ha.

Random bits and bobs

Ok just a really random cheap television blog post about some really random stuff, for example some of my favorite quotes from movies, politicians and other generally more intelligent people than me. Favorite bands, books and so on and on and on lol.

Size does matter.

Now when it comes to mean and size the general idea is biggest is best, well most of the time anyway. For example the size of a cars engine, bigger is better, the more horsepower the better, bigger wheels better and so on. Its just an ego thing, for some reason we must have something better than our neighbours/friends and to do this we'll buy the biggest sized thing we can as we assume it is better.

TV blog has the stupid flu

You might have noticed that the site is again going very very slow, and I must apologise as my initial enthusiasm to get the site speeding along after my holiday in Malaysia has been dealt a blow by me catching flu (apparently it common to flu on flights or something). Go to a country with a tropical climate and I get flu, not even malaria (then again they don't actually have any of that in Kuala Lumpur) or dengy fever!! Suppose I should count myself lucky really.

Television Forums Plans

Right I've been blabbering on about setting up a TV related forum on cheap television for some time now and I've finally sorted out the plan for it.

Now I'm going to start creating the television forum and setting everything up this week, but I'm still debating if I should let it go live before or after I go off to Malaysia. The main problem with a television forum or with any kind of forum is getting large amounts of spam. I'm not surprised that 300 is the top selling DVD over there on the Blu-ray high definition format although some of the other films are pretty surprising, also some are extremely rubbish movies like Into The Blue, what's that all about other than blokes wanting to look at Jessica Alba in high definition lol.

Hey hey a thousand visitors in a day

Yup for the first time since cheap television was released we've had one thousand visitors, no doubt all the up to date news has helped.

That's not a lot of visitors compared to a lot of sites on the net but its a small stepping stone for us. Hopefully we can maintain this level then look at trying to increase it again, wont be easy with me going to Malaysia at the end of the month though!

Other stuff thats been changing on cheap television is the new images section, which I hope pretty much speaks for itself having images, pictures, portraits, photo shoots etc. We obviously like the funny pictures of celebrity's being drunk and falling over or getting arrested for taking drugs you know what I mean.

Finally cheap television went offline for about an hour on Thursday this was due to some maintenance and isn't anything major like when our hosting went down. Hopefully this will allow our celebrity blog section to be much better.

I'm off to Malaysia soon and I managed to get a pretty good deal on a flight to Malaysia with Qatar Airways. Seeing as its roughly 15 hours from London to Kualar Lumpur (including a short stop in Qatar) I thought I'd pass some of that time by reviewing the in-flight entertainment on Qatar Airways. Summer Sale - DVD Bargains

All the summer sales have began (in case you don't watch television and haven't seen the adverts) and for a change a couple of real bargains to be had. I popped into HMV and Virgin at the weekend with the intention of purchasing the Die Hard trilogy on DVD after seeing Die Hard 4.0 on Thursday. Although I didn't manage to find it in the bargain bins, some clever clog must have realised I would go out hunting for the Die Hard trilogy and returned it to full price. However I did manage to find some real cheap bargains on my little shopping trip including the cult classic (and one of my all time favourite films) Donnie Darko for £1.99 in Virgin!!!!!
