50 Inch Plasma Televisions

Right the cheap TV webmaster been hunting the internet for a new television and I've decided I want to go big lol. One reason is my eyes aren't what they were and secondly my lounge is pretty big so it large television wont look out of place. Although the debate rages on I think that plasma televisions are the best for big screens and have concluded a 50 plasma TV will be perfect. Below is the shortlist of the 50 inch plasma televisions I've been looking at and the cheapest prices I have been able to find them for.

X Factor - Louis Walsh Likes Cheryl Cole.

It wont be too long before the X Factor returns to our television screens and as part of the 2008 shows build up the annoying little git Louis Walsh has actually been praising Cheryl Cole who takes over from Sharon Osborne as a judge. And there us at cheap TV expecting more of the same arguing and complaining on our televisions like last years X Factor show!

New LCD Bravia Range Televisions

After last weeks news about Sony OLED televisions it seems like every week here at cheap TV we have news about a new Sony Bravia television or range of HD TVs (I don't know what the deal with other manufacturers like Pioneer and Panasonic is)! And this week is no exception with the announcement from Sony of the X4500 and W4500 LCD Bravia Televisions. Neither of these new models will be a bargain cheap TV though with the X4500 tele range coming in at two large sizes at 46" and 55" with Full HD 1080p resolution and the W4500 televisions 40", 46" and 52" again all Full HD.

UK Sony OLED Televisions In 2009.

Just a quick bit of news regarding OLED televisions, makes a change from cheap HD plasma and HD LCD TV news ay! It looks highly likely Sony will begin selling its first XEL-1 OLED televisions in the UK in 2009. The Sony XEL-1 costs around $2,500 in the USA, Canada and Japan so should be around that price mark in the UK although I don't think it likely to be a big hit on the high street as these televisions are only 11 inches!

Fern Britton Fears Heart Attack.

Everyones favorite you look great how you are although I've had a gastric band fitted TV show presenter has revealed she decided to lose weight because she feared having a heart attack. Fern Britton caused lots of controversy in the news after her gastric band operation two years ago was revealed but it appears the This Morning television presenter is fighting back in a recent interview. Oh and before I move onto what she said I'm a little worried as to why people are searching cheap televisions for naked pictures of Fern Britton!! Please stop it lol.

Philips Aurea 42PFL990 Ambilight LCD Television.

Ambilight televisions are back and finally whathifi reviewed the expensive yet gorgeous looking HD Philips Aurea 42PFL9900 LCD TV. Ok Aurea is just a new name for the Ambilight TVs we have feature on cheap televisions in the past, of and that reminds me this isn't actually a cheap television coming in at around £3,000! The actually puts it at twice the price of one of our favorite 42 inch plasma televisions the Pioneer Kuro!

Cheap Televisions Stats June 08.

Sorry about it being a bit quiet over the past month here on cheap televisions I've been a bit busy moving house and haven't had any spare time at all (sorry no time to search for cheap lcd televisions, any of the offers and deal in the current sales or to even sit down and watch my own tele)! Once I finish decorating this will all change so cheap TVs can get back to bringing you all the latest news about HD LCD and plasma televisions. I actually though cheap televisions would be seriously quiet whilst I was moving but I was very much mistaken and despite the current credit crunch plenty of people are still searching for a bargain deal on flat panel LCD and plasma televisions. Strangely many high street and online electrical and TV stores are still offering buy now pay 2009 credit and 0% finance deals on new televisions!

New Sony Bravia S4000 LCD Televisions.

Japanese electronics supremo's Sony have reveled details of there latest Bravia range of LCD televisions. The TV range is called S4000 and model sizes are 26", 32', 37" and 40" with the 40 inch Sony Bravia S4000 LCD model featuring Full HD (the rest are HD Ready). All the televisions come with Sony's normal attention to detail and piano black finish.

New Ambilight Televisions For Summer.

Finally some hot non cheap TV news for the summer as consumer electronic manufacturer Philips has announced that it is to release its new range of 1080p full HD LCD Ambilight televisions in June. The Philips Ambilight LCD televisions will be named the 9600 series and available in 32", 37", 42" and 47" sizes. We will have to see if the larger televisions are better than the current benchmark of the Pioneer Kuro plasma TVs once reviews start coming through.

Russell T Davies to quit Doctor Who.

The man who was instrumental in bringing the cult classic TV show Doctor Who to our television screens is to step down as the lead writer and executive producer. The announcement was made today and will see Steven Moffat take over the reigns for the next series of Doctor Who. We are in for a long wait to see if this will be a bad or good move as it won't be aired on our televisions until 2010.

Just been looking at some of the cheaper televisions on the market at the moment and have put together Amazons best selling televisions between £200 and £300 at the moment. LG launches Scarlet LCD televisions.

Electronics company LG has announced the release of its Scarlet range of LCD televisions. They are LG's so called ultra thin LCD televisions which will be released in 32, 37, 42 and 47 inch sets. Models in the Scarlet range will be available in 720p and 1080p resolutions.

18% Buy HD Televisions For Gaming.

According to a recent survey 18% of all HD televisions have been sold to customers mainly interested in using their TV for HD gaming on the Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3. Also another interesting statistic from the survey showed that 25% of American households now have at least 1 HD television.

Oh dear I've stayed away from the Chanelle Hayes sex tape story for long enough but now its time to make some potentially libelous comments about it.
