LG launches Scarlet LCD televisions.
Electronics company LG has announced the release of its Scarlet range of LCD televisions. They are LG's so called ultra thin LCD televisions which will be released in 32, 37, 42 and 47 inch sets. Models in the Scarlet range will be available in 720p and 1080p resolutions. 
Prices for these televisions have yet to be confirmed by LG although they do have a very interesting feature in that they can allegedly cut power consumption by up to 62%!
