Christopher Eccleston mad to feel at home on Heroes set
Apparently Christopher Eccleston was made to feel right at home on the set of Heroes by being offered lot and lot of cups of tea. The English actor who has Who played the first Doctor in the BBC's new version of Doctor Who and also starred in movies like 28 days later this side of the Atlantic pone played Claude in 5 episodes of the cult TV show Heroes. Claude was the invisible English accented dude for those who can't remember from the name.
Christopher Eccleston told the Daily Record "I was made welcome by that crew and that cast. Being a Brit on that show, I've never been offered so many cups of tea in my life. But you do, it's like you get lots of attention because you're different."
He also went on to speak about why he chose to work on Heroes Christopher Eccleston said "I think what interested me was, having made British television for, what, nearly 20 years now, I wanted to experience American television. The process is different. Scripts are less tied down than the UK. I thought Claude was a really interesting addition to that cast of characters, dropping a Brit in with a Japanese and the Haitian."
I hope Christopher Eccleston appears in a future episode or episodes of Heroes as his acting talent is just brilliant and the story of his charachter was never fully explained. High Five.
