Dermot O'Leary thinks Big Brother Celebrity Hijack is a mistake.

Host of Channel 4 televisions Celebrity Big Brother and X Factor Dermot o'Leary has said the new Big brother Celebrity Hijack format is a mistake. Dermot O'Learys comments about the TV show were made on BBC radio 1's Newsbeat where he thinks last years controversy actually asked some serious questions.

Dermot O'Leary said "I thought it was a mistake. I still think it's a good show and I don't think anyone should apologise for what happened last year. It conjured up debate and asked serious questions. Rather than cast someone who's desperate to be on television, they've gone out of their way to cast people who probably wouldn't normally apply to be on it."
