18% Buy HD Televisions For Gaming.

According to a recent survey 18% of all HD televisions have been sold to customers mainly interested in using their TV for HD gaming on the Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3. Also another interesting statistic from the survey showed that 25% of American households now have at least 1 HD television.

Maryann Baldwin from Magid Media Futures said ""Consumers who become accustomed to the sleek and contemporary appearance of their first HD set are now looking to bring that benefit into other rooms in their home."

HD televisions and HD gaming is obviously becoming much more popular which I personally think is great.
