The former Emmerdale actress Claire King is off on a ted day trek in Africa to help raise money for The Children's Society and to work with kids in Africa with HIV and AIDS. Claire King is hoping her trip will raise thousands of pounds and also awareness, saying that we've never heard of her so how she can raise awareness about anything is anyones guess!

Rockstar unhappy with BBFC over Manhunt 2
Rockstar the developer of the controversial computer game Manhunt 2 is very unhappy after the BBFC again refused to classify an edited version of the game for a 18 plus classification! However Rockstar is thankfully fighting back saying that adults have the right to chose what they can and can't play on their computers and has vowed to fight the BBFC decision. I'm right with them too, not because I'm a fan of violence and gore, but I hate this nanny state in which we live telling us we can or can't watch this film or play this game because my head might explode!

Yup Sony has decided that with the release of the 40GB Playstation 3 there is no need for them to sell the more expensive 60GB version of the console to be sold in the UK. The reduction from £424.99 to £349.00 for the slightly lower storage Playstation 3 is a clear indication Sony is taking a more aggressive stance in trying to sell more consoles than Nintendo or Microsoft over the Christmas period. Just one word of warning if you are thinking of buying the cheaper 40GB Playstation 3 instead of the more expensive 60GB version and have lots of Playstation 2 games you might want to consider paying the extra money as the 40GB Sony Playstation 3 is NOT backward compatible with Playstation 2 games.

Yup apparently Doctor Who star David Tennant would love to play Batman villain The Riddler, thankfully when David Tennant made this statement to the Daily Express he was referring to the television show of Batman and not the awful movie that had Jim Carey in it. I actually think David Tennant would be perfect in the role myself if they decide to have The Riddler in a third or fourth movie in the new Batman franchise as Batman Begins was a brilliant comic hero movie (probably my favorite to date).
