Just looking around the Argos website and they are advertising this Bush A642F 42 inch LCD television in their TV deals of the week! But is it really a good deal or even a cheap lcd tv? Argos sell this for £469.99 (ignore was prices regardless of where you buy your television from) which to me doesn’t seem very cheap for a low budget branded LCD when you could get well reviewed and better branded TVs from LG like the 42LF2500 cheap lcd tv and the LG 42PQ2000 plasma television for under £500 from Argos!
Bush A642F Cheap 42 Inch LCD TV
Ok so the Bush A642F is £30 cheaper but come on you are going to use your TV screen quite a lot so that extra £30 really isn’t going to be wasted. Seems strange that Argos is promoting the Bush television over the LG ones but they probably get a better mark up on the A642F. If it was my choice I would got for the LG 42PQ2000 plasma television out of the 3. But as you maybe able to tell I’m a bit of a plasma television fan. The 42PQ2000 has got a pretty solid 5 out of 5 stars from the customer reviews on Argos. If you must have a cheap LCD TV then spend your money on the LG 42LF2500 LCD TV instead of the Bush A642F, the £30 extra is worth it just in aesthetics without even getting into picture quality. Again like it plasma brother the LG 42LF2500 42 inch LCD television has got very good reviews from Argos customers.
