42 Inch Plasma TV for £499.99. By admin Published: April 20, 2008
42 Inch Plasma TV for £499.99. In case no one has noticed the little button at the top of cheap televisions I thought I'd make anyone hunting for a bargain deal on a new plasma television know that Argos are currently selling the Acoustic Solutions 42 inch HD Plasma TV for just £499.99. No idea what the proper model number of the television is but it features 2 HDMI sockets, 2 scart sockets, 10,000:1 contrast ratio. Two things do confuse me about this plasma TV at Argos are 1 in the picture it actually shows a PROMAX television and not an Acoustic Solutions one and 2 you can add 3 year breakdown cover which (and I'm not joking) isn't valid for plasma televisions lol. On the other hand Argos can offer finance and insurance deals on my products.

Fujitsu stop making plasma TVs. By admin Published: January 6, 2008
Fujitsu stop making plasma TVs. Hot on the heals of Sony dropping the production of rear projection TVs and CES 2008 in full swing Fujitsu have announced that they are to stop making plasma TVs. No doubt the move is down the LCD TVs really taking off with consumers and not necessarily because they are better than the plasma alternatives. Unlike Sony Fujitsu won't be turning there attention and resources towards the LCD and OLED television market and will just stop producing TVs (or as Fujitsu call them 'visual displays') altogether.

Pioneer Elite Kuro PRO-150FD is impressive. By admin Published: January 1, 2008
Pioneer Elite Kuro PRO-150FD is impressive. Found a great review of the top of the range Pioneer Elite Kuro Pro-150FD HD plasma TV over at businessweek so thought I'd share it with you all. Now I have to be honest I do love Pioneer, they always seem to produce great electronic goods in a stylish way (better than Sony by a mile if you ask me) so this plasma TV review was of great interest to me. Also with LCD televisions dominating the current market I have been keeping my fingers crossed that plasma televisions would start to fight back and the Pioneer Kuro range in my opinion are the formats best weapon in the arsenal.

LG 42PT85 42 inch Plasma TV By admin Published: December 28, 2007
LG 42PT85 42 inch Plasma TV This is an impressive HD ready 42 inch plasma tv from LG electronics called rather boringly the LG 42PT85 which features a built in 160GB HD and 2 HDMI connections amongst other things. The only downside I can see is that it isn't the full 1080 HD but for £679.00 including tax and delivery from Sound & Vision the LG 42PT85 42 inch plasma TV is still a bargain in our opinion. The LG 42PT85 42 inch Plasma TV has the following features: HD Ready. 2 x HDMI Connections. Cable Management. 160GB hard drive.......
