This is the trailer for season 2 of The Walking Dead recently released at Comic Con and it’s one TV show that the cheap televisions crew can not wait for. We have watched The Walking Dead season 1 on Blu-ray several times over and it was one of the best things on television last year. The season 2 trailer looks like the producers have really amped up the gun and zombie action in this extended preview of The Walking Dead Season 2.

I’ve been hunting around for the best and cheapest deals on Blu-ray DVD players currently on sale in the UK and thought I’d share the most affordable option currently being sold by UK electronics store Currys. It’s the PHILIPS BDP3200 Blu-ray Player which Currys are currently selling for £79.99! A very cheap bargain when you consider a standalone Blu-ray player used to cost the same as a Sony Playstation 3 which includes one.

We haven’t looked at the wonderful high definition world of Blu-ray DVD players on cheap televisions for some time so we thought it would be a good idea to take a closer look at (UK) Amazon’s best selling Blu-ray DVD player, the Sony BDPS370 Blu-ray Player. Play are currently offering the Sony BDP-S360 Blu-ray DVD player as their deal of the week. Cheap televisions thinks this is a seriously good deal at £135. This Blu-ray DVD player got 5 out of 5 stars in the review by What Hi-Fi and that’s when the BDP-S360 wasn’t so cheap (costing around £240).

We spend ages looking for the best tv deals, what cheap televisions are on sale and where to buy them but without a good HD source we can’t truly appreciate the HD video content they can beam into our living rooms.
