The cheap televisions TV blog has been lacking in the pictures & images section recently so here are some pictures from one of our favourite television shows from the US. Fringe is broadcast on the Fox television channel in America and Sky 1 in the UK and Ireland. Season 4 of Fringe will be coming to our television screens soon so to get us in the mood here is a list of the TV characters and actors from the popular television show.

We want to create a new home cinemas gallery on cheap televisions so are putting out the call on our TV blog asking for people to send us pictures of their home cinemas. It doesn’t matter how big or how small your home cinema system we want to see it. We’ve seen some amazing home cinemas on the internet particularly in the USA so want to see if we here in the UK can do it just as good (although we will accept pictures from all over the world).

Cheap Televisions will be down Southend seafront tomorrow taking some pictures of the 2010 Southend Shakedown. I know it’s not a television related topic but the yearly motorbike ride from London’s Ace Cafe is now a pretty big event and all in aid of charity. Here’s hoping the weather holds out and that the roadworks combined with the British Superbikes don’t play havoc with this years Southend Shakedown. Ok this TV blog post is totally unrelated to finding cheap LCD TV deals or the best bargain plasma televisions or even the latest entertainment news. Its purely me being nostalgic about getting away from London and Southend, Essex on my trip to Salzburg in Austria back in March this year with the picture I took on my dirt cheap GE digital camera (point and shoot type with photoshop post production). The pictures in the post below are only a small number of the total I took. I did also learn to say television in German while there “Fernsehen” and my favourite TV Remote “Fernbedienung”.

This picture post is of an LCD TV that really isn’t a cheap television at all. So welcome to the super widescreen Philips 56″ Cinema 21:9 LCD TV. It has to be one of the most stunning looking televisions you can buy at the moment but costs a finance busting £4,000. Its unlikely you’ll be able to find any good LCD TV deals on this tele but for today we’re just interested in these spectacular ambilight pictures we’ve got from Philips.

Right as you probably already no cheap televisions are big fans of the American TV show FlashForward shown on ABC in the USA and Five TV in the UK. So to keep our pictures and images section fresh (and to make a change of looking at websites like Tesco for cheap TV deals and LCD bargains) we’ve put together a couple of pictures from episode 7 of FlashForward. I’m not the worlds be TV show reviewer but I have to say this is the best episode yet with two major twists at the end. If you haven’t see Episode 7 of FlashForward yet please note there are some spoilers ahead.

Some LCD television pictures for all our cheap television loving readers out there although this one is probably of more interest to those of you in the good old USA. The LCD TV is from Samsung and I’ve actually seen some cheep good deals on this LNT4071F LCD television on some of the American shops. Not the best of cheap televisions picture posts, but at least its very good that I’m keeping up appearances.

Yes cheap televisions has got around to doing a picture post 
so I thought we would take a closer pictorial look at the new TV show in the Stargate franchise Stargate Universe. If you haven’t seen it yet its pretty much a copy of Lost In Space with a Stargate twist. Its not like other shows in the Stargate television shows either as its more focused on personal stories and just happens to be set in s science fiction environment. Is it good? Well kind of, still waiting for some of the characters to develop properly which takes time and hopefully for the annoying arguments that have plagued all 3 episodes of Stargate Universe to either dissipate to a reasonable level or for people to start killing each other lol. Anyway on to the pictures and there are 10 in this the first of the cheap televisions pictures blog posts.
