Apparently television comedian Rob Brydon (of Gavin and Stacey fame) will be getting his own TV show on BBC Two. Cheap televisions thinks this could be a move to fill the BBC talk show gap when Jonathan Ross leaves the BBC later this year. Saying that we don’t think Rob Brydon’s TV show will be a direct replacement for the popular Friday night television spot. I wonder what the BBC will put in there as they seem to be lacking ideas on new and exciting television ideas! How about a celebrity dance show or even a reality one where they try to find a new lead for a popular theatre production oe even a dance show so they don’t get accused of ageism? No? Cheap television doesn’t think so either.
