jono_hayward Wow. The finale of Dexter season 4 may be the finest hour of television I’ve seen in a very long time.

This is my kind of post and I couldn’t agree with jono_hayward more. I watched the final episode of Dexter Season 4 last night and it was great. Managed to tie up the season nicely, have a major yet slightly predictable twist and leave a couple of new questions to be answered. Dexter really is one of the best TV shows around at the moment. If you don’t want to know what happened in the season finale please skip to the next Tweet. One of the questions last night’s excellent episode of Dexter left me with is will he be taking all 3 children with him to his extracurricular activities now Rita is dead (apparently by the hands of Trinity)? I’m glad they killed Rita off as she was very annoying but where do they take Dexter for season 5 as he’ll have even more baggage now.

darayus94 I think that parents only get so offended by television because they rely on it as a babysitter and the sole educator of their kids.

Now I kind of agree with this one but I think most parents don’t even know what their children are watching on television! I think most are just happy their kids are not annoying them. Agreed most not very good parents are naive enough to believe the likes of CBeeBies is educational. People who are offended are only parents? Doubt that highly, those who usually complain about television shows are just strange or have far too much time on their hands.

Ha ha a very good point in a very short Tweet . I guess they’re talking about Friends but this is one of the reasons I hate Eastenders, none of them work, or if they do it’s in some weird job that would never allow them to afford to live in London. TV characters life’s are always full of drama too, which in real life doesn’t happen.

brittsmittt your right. Band Of Brothers was certainly one of the best television dramas made in recent times and probably one of the most ambitious. I know they are making a Band Of Brothers Pacific due for release in 2010 but I don’t think it’s being jointly made with the BBC television this time around. Hopefully we’ll get it in the UK although it’s very focused on the Americans.

No news on what Kate Vernon’s character will posses as a special ability yet but cheap televisions hope to get some kind of details soonish.
